Orisun provides comprehensive support and service, ensuring prompt assistance and reliable solutions for all your equipment needs.
- Warranty Time: One year from the date the product is qualified for commissioning. During the warranty period, any damage can be repaired free of charge, except for wrong operation. However, travel and hotel expenses will be borne by the buyer.
- Commissioning Service: Installation and commissioning of the product on the demand side, our engineers will not leave there until we get your consent.
- Training Service: During installation and commissioning, our engineers will train your staff until your staff can operate properly and they will not leave there.
- Maintenance Service: Any malfunction occurs, once you ask us, except for special reasons, we will answer you within 48 hours.
- Lifetime Service: We offer a lifetime service for all products sold and spare parts at a reduced price.
- Certificate Service: We can provide relevant certificates to our customers free of charge upon their request.
- Inspection Service: You can request a third party inspection company or your inspector to inspect the product before shipment.
- Documentation: We will provide manual specifications, reports on materials used in the equipment and other documents related to GMP certification information.

Laboratory Tests
Orisun Laboratories has laboratory high shear mixers, vacuum emulsifiers and other mixing machines equipped with the latest technology. We offer you the option to test your products with our technology for free, which will impress you with our process solutions such as carbopol suction, heating and cooling times, cleaning validation and intuitive operation.
Our laboratories are equipped with universal mixers from 5 to 150 liters, including lab-scale and production-scale mixers, pre-phase tanks and lipstick mixers. We also provide the necessary measurement technology such as grinders, viscometers and thermometers for qualified evaluation of the results.

Based on IQ/OQ/PQ validation documents, the most experienced and professional engineers are assigned to carry out external and internal surface appearance checks, assembly checks, operational checks and performance checks. Only equipment that has passed this complex process is shipped and finally delivered to our customers.
